We can see bunkers and silos which are used in many areas such as aggregate quarries, mining plants, industrial plants and concrete plants at various points.
Primary bunkers are generally suitable for truck or loader feeding. They are produced as lined or stonebox as resistant to impact of rocks exceeding 1 m, resistant to abrasion of rocks and minerals. 10 m³ to 100 m³ options are available.
Intermediate bunkers are used to assist feeding and maintain order before secondary or tertiary crushing. Usually, a vibrating or belt feeder is used at the outputs. 5 m³ to 60 m³ options are available.
Stock bunkers are used to store crushed or processed material and load them quickly and cost-effectively on transfer vehicles. 30 m3 to 150 m3 options are available.
Concrete Plant Aggregate Bunkers allow the weighing of different lengths of materials before the preparation of the concrete mixture and sending them to the mixer. It can be produced with pneumatic gates and weighing belts. There are options from 5m3 to 50 m3, and they can be produced in groups of 2, 3, 4 or 5.
Cement silos can generally be manufactured for the storage of cement and sometimes micronized industrial material and for use in the plant. In addition to vertical and horizontal silo options, bolted or welded options are also available. 30 m3 to 200 m3 options are available.
